      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Efficiently manage the CEO's complex and dynamic calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements to maximize productivity and time
      - Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across global internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders as a central point of contact
      - Prepare and coordinate agendas and materials for meetings, presentations, and off-sites
      - Handle incoming communications with professionalism and discretion, drafting and proofreading correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed
      - Take detailed notes during executive meetings and distribute them to relevant stakeholders
      - Arrange all travel arrangements for executives and visiting clients or partners
      - Organize and coordinate company events, conferences, meetings, and executive retreats
      - Prioritize tasks, projects, and requests, delegating when necessary and contributing expertise to achieve project objectives
      - Perform ad hoc tasks and special projects assigned by the CEO

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 7 years of experience as an executive assistant supporting C-level executives, preferably within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment (Directly supporting the CEO is highly desired)
      - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Proficiency in using productivity tools and software
      - Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
      - Problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
      - Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback
      - Comfortable working in a global team environment
      - Availability to work off hours to support the CEO and other executives as needed
