      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create and send statements or invoices, track payments, and record company expenses
      - Gather data on industry trends and prepare reports for comparative analysis
      - Store and organize documents and files while managing company data
      - Coordinate team calendars and ensure clients are prepared for meetings
      - Prepare itineraries and manage travel arrangements for executives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to C-level executives
      - Bachelor's degree or any relevant certificate course
      - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal (at least B2 level)
      - Solid organizational and time management skills
      - Proficient with technology and familiar with word-processing software and spreadsheets

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with online calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar)
      - Proactive attitude with a willingness to be trained
      - Familiarity with desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP technologies
