      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and leadership team to ensure streamlined operations and effective communication
      - Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, presentations, and reports for executive review
      - Facilitate meetings and track progress against goals to ensure strategic initiatives stay on schedule
      - Manage and coordinate complex executive calendars, schedule meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts
      - Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and project teams, providing regular updates on milestones and results

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in a demanding, fast-paced environment, managing shifting priorities and handling confidential information
      - Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered
      - Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration platforms such as Teams, Slack, or Zoom
      - Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
      - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle confidential information with integrity

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with executives or in high-level administrative roles
      - Familiarity with project management tools and techniques
      - Previous exposure to dynamic organizations or roles requiring proactive problem-solving
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to perform work with accuracy and reliability
      - Flexibility and adaptability to new technologies and work environments
