  Role Overview

  Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for an Executive Chef 1 to join our team at M&T Bank in Buffalo NY. The current food landscape consists of Cafe and Catering Operations. This location serves Breakfast and Lunch only. The Executive Chef will be responsible for all culinary at the unit.

  Target Salary is 50K to 60K

  Incentives

  M-F schedule 6am to 4pm, some evenings, no weekends or holidays.

  What You'll Do

  • Menu planning
  • Ordering
  • Inventory
  • Hands on about 80% of the time
  • Food and Labor cost with the General Manager
  • Catering production
  • Safety and sanitation
  • Leading and developing a team of 8 hourly employees with the General Manager
  • Will partner with our Area Executive Chef

  Qualifications & Requirements

  Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experienceMinimum Management Experience - 2 years Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
