Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 7 years in an upscale dining environment, with at least 3 years in an executive chef role.
Education: Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience.
Skills: Strong leadership, creativity, and communication skills.
Passion: A deep passion for creating memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Culinary Leadership: Develop and execute a menu that aligns with the venue's immersive theme, ensuring each dish contributes to the overall guest experience.
Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor an outstanding kitchen staff, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
Operational Excellence: Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management, cost control, and compliance with and safety regulations.
Collaboration: Work closely with the broader venue team to ensure all aspects of the guest experience are seamlessly synchronized.
Innovation: Drive continual improvement in all aspects of culinary execution
