- High School Diploma and Culinary Arts training. A Culinary Arts Degree or certification by ACF preferred.
- Serv Safe Certification is required.
- A minimum of 3 year related production and supervisory experience in a continuing care retirement community, hospital, hotel, restaurant or similar facility.
- Must possess a customer service background and orientation.
- HACCP training preferred.

The Executive Chef is responsible for directing and/or preparing the preparation of food to be served to residents, guests and staff. The Executive Chef is responsible for the efficient operation of the kitchen. He/She is accountable for the quality and consistency of the finished product as well as HACCP protocols and all applicable sanitation, health and personal hygiene standards and following established food production programs and procedures. He /She is responsible for appropriate use of facility supplies and equipment to minimize loss, waste and fraud. A working knowledge of food products, packaging, product rotation and basic cooking skills is required.What We Offer:We are Seeking:
