      Location: Twin Towers | 5343 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45224
      Schedule: Full-Time | 9am -5pm | 40 hours per week, Days

      You are an experienced culinary leader with strong kitchen management skills and a commitment to excellence. You bring creativity, organization, and a passion for serving others. You excel at maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

      Responsibilities
      As the Executive Chef, you will oversee kitchen operations and food preparation for residents, guests, and staff. Your responsibilities include:

      Leading and managing daily kitchen functions, staff, and food production

      Ensuring high-quality food presentation, consistency, and taste

      Maintaining health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with HACCP protocols

      Managing inventory, food cost controls, and minimizing waste and loss

      Supervising and training culinary staff to meet departmental goals

      Upholding kitchen cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and food storage standards

      Supporting the mission and values of the organization through excellent service delivery

      Requirements

      High School Diploma and Culinary Arts train ing required

      Culinary Arts degree or ACF certification strongly preferred

      Serv Safe Certification required

      Minimum of 3 years of related culinary and supervisory experience in a healthcare , hospitality, or similar setting

      HACCP training preferred

      Customer service orientation and a collaborative leadership style

      Ability to pass a pre-employment background check

      Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
