      • The successful applicant will provide both 1:1 and group coaching to senior leaders and executives across Intel.

      • Ability for facilitating and creating content for workshops and courses.

      Qualifications:

      You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

      Minimum Qualifications:

      The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in counseling, social leadership, management, resource management, Community Development or related field and 9+ years of experience -OR- a master’s degree in counseling, social leadership, management, resource management, Community Development or related field and 6+ years of experience -OR- a PhD degree in counseling, social leadership, management, resource management, Community Development or related field and 4+ years of experience in:

      • 6+ years of experience coaching senior leaders and executives in a business setting.

      • International Federation of Coaching (IFC) Professional Certified Coach Certification or equivalent coaching hours of experience.

      This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Executive coaching certification.

      • Experience with 360 feedback method.

      • Experience with marketing and promoting coaching services.

      • Experience teaching coaching-related classes.

      Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in

      US, California:$131,841.00-$210,951.00

      S al ary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.

      Work Model for this Role

      This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
