What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule and facilitate public and internal partnership meetings and construction workshops, including all administrative functions
- Provide technical and administrative expertise to ensure quality services are delivered and maintained
- Assess opportunities for continuous improvement in the partnering program based on customer feedback
- Instruct and train teams on partnering elements and tools while identifying and solving problems
- Create new public and/or internal partnerships as directed by the Partnering Administrator

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of four years of experience in team facilitation, meeting coordination, and project management
- Understanding of facilitation and industry practices in team development and relationship building
- Proven ability to lead high-level meetings and steer complex conversations to consensus
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving record requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a closely related field may substitute for two years of experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in public speaking and training
- Strong organizational analysis and report writing skills
- Familiarity with Google Workspace tools
