What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage scheduling and logistics for executive meetings
- Prepare detailed itineraries and briefing materials for internal meetings
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the Executive Office
- Coordinate fundraising and policy advocacy activities
- Support internal communications and All-Staff meetings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or relevant administrative support role
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong project management abilities and relationship-building skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Experience reporting to senior leaders or C-suite executives
