Job Description

- Exercises independent judgment and initiates solutions
- Assist in tracking and managing workflow of projects and timely completion of expected deliverables.
- Tracks and compiles department scorecards/performance metrics; analyzes performance scorecards to identify inefficiencies and performance improvement opportunities.
- Creates reports, spreadsheets, and graphs by obtaining, compiling, and organizing data.
- Recommends, creates, implements, and maintains improved systems, procedures, and processes.
- Assists in time management and calendar scheduling, including day-to-day and long-term management of meetings, projects, and priorities.
- Schedules department meetings and travel, including prioritizing meetings and communicating relevant details to participants.
- Ensures the executive is prepared for appointments by gathering materials necessary for each meeting.
- Processes expenses according to established corporate processing guidelines; ensures expenses are paid in a timely fashion.
- Works with other team members to collect and assemble information for presentations, projects, & strategic planning, and willingly providing back-up support for co-workers.
- Handles inquiries and responds appropriately while maintaining confidentiality.
- Coordinates logistics for meetings, including engagement with senior management, oversight of venue contacts, organization and distribution of logistics materials, while managing overall department budget impacts.
- Orders supplies using company purchasing card and accounting code procedures.
- High School Diploma
- Three years' recent project coordination or related administrative support experience.
- Demonstrated skills in preparing spreadsheets, reports, and presentations on an independent basis. Medium

- Excellent relationship builder; ability to demonstrate a high level of tact, discretion, and diplomacy with all internal and external stakeholders. High
- Skilled in planning and project management; able to take an idea from concept to completion. Medium

- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-5 years’ experience in an administrative support capacity.

Job Summary
The Executive Coordinator provides general administrative support and project coordination for the department. Responsibilities include ensuring the flow of work and effective communication between stakeholders while pragmatically addressing issues as they arise. The Coordinator serves as an integrator across department functions as well as a key support resource for team leadership. This position has a hybrid schedule, working at least two days per week in the office. Some travel and/or overtime may be required.
