Responsibilities:

1. Provide leadership, coordination, and supervision to all agency team members to ensure quality patient care, positive outcomes, and decision support.
2. Plan, direct, and evaluate operations.
3. Ensure staff orientation, in-services, and education programs are conducted effectively.
4. Develop and manage the agency's budget and prepare financial and statistical reports to meet fiscal goals.
5. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including state, Medicare, Medi-Cal, federal, and local laws.
6. Oversee employment, supervision, evaluation, and termination of personnel.

Qualifications:

1. At least three years of experience in home health or supervisory/administrative roles.
2. Valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
3. Strong written, verbal, organizational skills.
4. RN license preferred.
