      Executive Director Opportunity Description

      Our client is a well-established and growing Home Health and Hospice organization. They have a current opening for an Executive Director for their Hospice division in San Antonio, TX. Clinicians and non-clinicians will be considered. Medicare Hospice experience is required.

      Executive Director Job Requirements
      • 5-10 years of progressive leadership experience in hospice is required
      • Leadership experience is reqauired
      • Excellent understanding of hospice rules / regulations
      Executive Director Job Responsibilities
      • Oversite of hospice operations
      • Work collaboratively with senior leadership to improve performance and processes
      • Work with sales team to grow census

      The compensation scale listed is a general salary range and is not intended to represent the actual annual or hourly compensation rate for this role. An offer will be made to the selected candidate at the conclusion of the interview process based on their relevant experience and the responsibilities of the position. Our client does offer a competitive compensation package potentially including incentives, health and dental insurance, PTO, retirement plans (401K) and opportunities for professional development.
