      Executive Director

      Stonebrooke Rehab Center in New Castle, Indiana

      HFA Required.

      We are actively recruiting for an experienced leader to lead our team at Stonebrooke Rehab Center in New Castle, Indiana, part of American Senior Communities. Candidates must be licensed as a Healthcare Facility Administrator (HFA).

      Requirements:

      • The ability to foster an environment of excellence while leading a caring team who makes a difference in the lives of our residents who we are priviledged to serve.
      • A strong understanding of the long-term care industry and operations
      • An active and valid Healthcare Facility Administrator license in Indiana
      • A Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
