      Position Summary:
      We are currently seeking an exceptional individual for the role of Executive Director.

      The Executive Director is responsible for the overall success and day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring high levels of resident satisfaction and regulatory compliance. This role oversees all departments including Food Service, Maintenance, Housekeeping, Resident Care, and Administration. The Executive Director is accountable for staff leadership, resident safety, financial performance, and fostering an inclusive and stimulating environment for residents.

      The starting salary range for this position ranges from $128,625 to $187,179 annually. Actual compensation will be based on factors including job scope and responsibilities, candidate’s experience, education, relevant skills, internal equity, and market conditions.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Promote a high quality of life for older adults and individuals with disabilities
      • Ensure a safe, secure, and well-maintained community environment
      • Recruit, select, and develop competent and motivated staff
      • Lead efficient, cost-effective operations through strategic planning and budget management
      • Ensure compliance with Eskaton policies and all federal, state, and local regulations
      • Oversee accounts receivable and prepare required financial reports for Eskaton Corporation
      • Meet or exceed occupancy goals and performance benchmarks
      • Conduct regular operational reviews to evaluate and optimize community performance
      • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory requirements

      Qualifications

      Education & Certification

      • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Long-Term Care Administration, or a related field is required
      • Master’s degree preferred
      • Current RCFE (Residential Care Facility for the Elderly) certification required

      Experience

      • Minimum 5 years of Executive Director experience in an Assisted Living/Memory Care setting
      • At least 5 years of experience in operations, marketing, financial planning, and human resource management

      Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

      • Proven leadership managing large teams and complex operations
      • Strong financial, clerical, communication, and supervisory skills
      • Understanding of aging-related issues and the ability to foster a supportive environment
      • Must be at least 21 years of age
      • Current and valid First Aid certification
      • Familiarity with federal, state, and local RCFE regulations

      The final candidate must successfully pass Eskaton's post offer, pre-employment testing which includes a criminal background check, drug test, TB screen test and health screen. All new hires are required to sign an arbitration agreement as a condition of employment.
