What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development, execution, and management of all research and relationship management activities
- Perform complex data analyses and special projects to advance prospect research programs
- Set and refine performance metrics for frontline staff and enhance coaching efforts
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with clients and staff
- Manage team budget/spending and evaluate prospect development tools

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree plus 10 years of relevant professional experience or Master's degree plus 8 years of experience
- Comprehensive understanding of the development cycle and prospect development
- Superior project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Prior management experience and proficiency in technical skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and apply ethics statements from related associations

- Experience in organizational fundraising, annual giving, or alumni relations
- Demonstrated solutions orientation and ability to secure buy-in from colleagues
- Proficiency in negotiating, prioritizing work, and managing multiple priorities

- Proficient technical skills, including working with relational databases and Microsoft Office
