What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead sales enablement initiatives and ensure alignment across sales, marketing, and business operations
- Develop and manage relationships with key distributors and corporate accounts to enhance product distribution
- Implement sales enablement strategies and programs to empower sales teams in driving revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and deploy effective sales messaging and marketing strategies
- Manage substantial operating expenses and align financial resources with business priorities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, and/or business operations within the Animal Health market
- Minimum of 10 years of people management experience required
- Strong communication, influence, and collaboration skills to engage senior executives and cross-functional teams
- Ability to travel 75% as needed, preferably living near a major airport

- Process-improvement driven attitude with strong financial acumen and budget planning skills
- Demonstrated technology proficiency, including MS Suite and Customer Relationship Management tools
