      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage sales enablement initiatives, inside sales operations, and strategic account management teams
      - Develop and deploy strategic sales initiatives and manage substantial operating expenses and budgets
      - Collaborate with sales, marketing, and business operations to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
      - Drive customer outreach strategies, including inside sales and shelter partnerships, to maximize revenue and market share growth
      - Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the sales enablement team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree required
      - Minimum of 10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, and/or business operations within the Animal Health market
      - At least 10 years of people management experience
      - Strong communication, influence, and collaboration skills necessary for garnering support from senior executives
      - Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated technology proficiency including the MS Suite, Customer Relationship Management tools, and Veeva
      - Knowledge of companion animal and equine markets
      - A process-improvement driven attitude
      - Strong financial acumen and budget planning skills
      - Ability to travel 75% of the time
