      The Executive Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of senior executives, ensuring discretion and a high level of service. In addition, this role leads and supports security operations, processes and protocols to protect and safeguard Vanguard's assets, including employees/crew, information, facilities, and property. This is a full time, 5 days in office position.

      Responsibilities:

      • Safely transports company senior executives to and from specified locations even in emergency situations.
      • Maintains the cleanliness and operational readiness of the vehicle. Arranges for vehicles repairs and inspections as needed.
      • Research and plans routes to account for potential delays to ensure the most efficient travel.
      • Maintains confidentiality of all conversations and information. Ensures privacy of passengers.
      • Responsible for the overall security and protection of the workplace including staff, contents and overall premises. Provides expert level security administration knowledge to develop and maintain a secure access administration architecture for the division.
      • Provides information and intelligence to assist in the development and management of the threat intelligence review process and planning. Conducts pre-screening processes for crew and contractors.
      • Acts as liaison to local, federal, and regional authorities, law enforcement and intelligence counterparts, in-country security, and private sector security liaison partners.
      • Supports the termination and suspension process for crew contractors and consultants as directed by management. Supports the creation of security plan.
      • Supports the department's security incident process including review, investigation, recommendation and resolution of security matters. Supports sensitive department security investigations and recommends action.
      • Supports the execution of the security response to Vanguard events. Serves as a liaison with site security management.
      • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

      Qualifications:

      • A minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience required, with a preference for experience in a corporate or executive setting.
      • Must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
      • Must possess a mastery of Advanced Driving techniques. Progress towards or completion of Defensive and Evasive Driving Course Certification required.
      • Experience working in an executive protection or security role helpful.
      • Ability to lift/carry 80lbs+
      • High level of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality needed.
      • Available full-time and the ability to be available during irregular hours.
