What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop new multi-year, multi-geography account relationships by engaging the market and prospects
- Actively participate in key industry organizations to connect with commercial real estate decision-makers
- Present the employer's platform and service offerings to prospective clients to meet annual revenue targets
- Collaborate with C-suite contacts to develop tailored solutions for client needs
- Oversee responses to RFI’s and RFP’s, leading a pursuit team to drive successful outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a college degree; graduate degree preferred
- At least ten years of experience in a relevant field
- Strong understanding of financial and commercial acumen in the outsourcing business
- Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions
- Demonstrated strategic agility and the ability to motivate others toward a vision
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in commercial real estate or related sectors
- Familiarity with industry-specific organizations such as CoreNet Global or ULI
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of innovative solutions in real estate management
