What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Promote employer products to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and provide clinical and reimbursement information in a compliant manner
- Develop and execute a territory business plan to meet sales objectives, utilizing market data and customer insights
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with HCPs, advocacy organizations, and other healthcare stakeholders
- Address customer inquiries and concerns using advanced selling skills
- Accurately track and report sales activities and customer interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required; life sciences preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare; neuroscience preferred
- Proven advanced selling skills and business acumen
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to meet travel requirements and comply with vaccination requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Minimum 5 years of healthcare sales experience with at least 2 years in complex or account-based selling environments
- Experience in influencing diverse HCP audiences across multiple care settings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual engagement platforms (e.g., Zoom, WebEx)
