      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Promote employer products to healthcare professionals (HCPs) both in-person and virtually, providing clinical and reimbursement information
      - Develop and execute a territory business plan to meet or exceed sales objectives
      - Establish and maintain strong relationships with HCPs, including key opinion leaders and advocacy organizations
      - Address customer inquiries and objections using advanced selling skills
      - Accurately track and report sales activities and customer interactions in a timely manner

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree required; life sciences preferred
      - Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare; neuroscience preferred
      - Proven success in influencing diverse HCP audiences across multiple care settings
      - Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
      - Must reside within the territory or within 30 miles of its border and possess a valid driver’s license

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of healthcare sales experience with at least 2 years in complex/account-based selling for Senior Specialist role
      - 12+ years of healthcare sales experience with at least 3 years in complex/account-based selling for Executive Specialist role
      - Demonstrated advanced selling skills and leadership abilities
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual engagement platforms
      - Strong understanding of payer dynamics, including specialty pharmacy distribution
