- Apply analytical skills to execute sales strategies that guide the retail store team to attract walk-in customers to the store and convert into sales opportunities
- To deliver overall sales performance of the store through execution of retail sales activities, monitoring and reviewing performance and effective communication
- Display entrepreneurial skills by driving change and continuous innovations to deliver company’s ambitions, understanding customers’ needs and market environment
- To drive operational excellence by creating a conducive customer journey that leads to speedy and effective resolutions for customers and promoting self-serve
- Ensure seamless operations in terms of cash, inventory, floor and in-store merchandising management
- Focus on career growth and development of the staff in terms of ensuring high operational standards by consistently providing support, leadership, mentoring and coaching as a role model
- To manage in-store customer experience by creating conducive customer journey, understanding crowd pattern, and executing smart scheduling for staff
- Enforce quality and compliance to standard policies and procedures
- Professional Certificate / Diploma / Degree or its equivalent
- Relevant work experience of minimum 4 years in telecommunications or retail industries preferred. Experience in showcasing and conducting product demonstrations preferred.
- Tech savvy and computer literate. Proficient in Microsoft, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills. Strong verbal and written English language
- Obsessed with customers, passionate about sales, competitive spirit, and understands people through interactive conversations
- Mandarin-speaking is an added advantage
- Personal traits: Positive, Passionate, Collaborative, Creative, A self-starter, Ability to perform under pressure in a challenging environment, a team player and leadership qualities

To lead, motivate, engage and develop the team to have great service and performance culture.
