      This position is hybrid/remote in Ohio, Florida or Nevada.

      As an Executive Recruiter, you will be the face of recruiting at the highest level within Cleveland Clinic. In this newly created role, you will lead executive recruitment efforts, in collaboration with other departments to deliver an ever-lasting impression on executive candidates. This role will allow you to build relationships with search firms and to ensure a smooth process, as you will be the main liaison. Your primary duties will include, but are not limited to:
      • Partnering directly with Cleveland Clinic senior leaders to help the organization attract exceptional leaders for clinical and non-clinical executive leadership positions.
      • Owning and executing senior executive clinical and non-clinical leadership level searches.
      • Managing the full life cycle of executive recruiting including, candidate sourcing, internal and external talent mapping, leading candidate debriefs and extending offers.

      • Has 5 years of recruiting experience in corporate or at an executive search firm.

      Job Responsibilities

      • Recommend executive recruitment and selection strategies that will contribute to the long-term growth of the organization, implementing any new processes and improving standard processes for recruiting that fits within Cleveland Clinic’s vision to be the best place for care anywhere and the best place to work in healthcare.
      • Manage the executive talent search and selection, including a client and candidate-centric experience that is quick turn around on requests to schedule interviews, debrief with interviewers, and provide timely feedback to candidates.
      • Provide strategic guidance and support to deliver on talent needs. Conduct consultative intake calls, provide status reports, assess risks/challenges, and drive solution-oriented results, and stewardship of the organization’s resources.
      • Reflect the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) in all interactions with potential candidates – and clearly articulate EVP to candidates.
      • Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage hiring manager expectations through a deep understanding of the impacts and return on investment.
      • Establish and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management; conducts thorough interviews of and pre-closes potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.
      • Support the organization’s commitment to DEI through facilitation of an unbiased search process that ensures diverse talent is actively sourced.
      • Provide strategic guidance, education, and calibration techniques to senior leaders and interview teams.
      • Lead or participate in special projects and initiatives, including assessment of best practices in selection and onboarding processes, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers for senior-level openings.
      • May act as a liaison between the hiring manager, human resources partner and the partnered agencies on expected outcomes and results.
      • Partner with sourcing team as needed.
      • Develop written plan(s) with measurable deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process.
      • Must have strong judgment and discretion in dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
      • Leverage external market data, vendors, sourcing channels and the latest technology.
      • Manage partnership with outside search firms as needed.

      Education

      • Education requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
      • Education preference: Master’s Degree

      Work Experience

      Experience required:

      • Minimum 5 years progressive recruiting experience in a corporate environment or within an executive search firm in a competitive environment
      • CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
      • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
      • Proven track record of leading, advising and influencing executive leadership.
      • Candidate experience: manage candidate expectations, provide timely feedback, and ensure that candidates have a positive recruiting experience, regardless of the outcome.
      • Knowledge and experience with behavioral and situational interviewing, psychometric assessments and other assessment techniques.

      Experience Preferred:

      • Combination of corporate recruiting and executive search firm experience is also desirable
      • Building and utilizing a variety of creative and proactive sourcing plans and tools

      Physical Requirements

      • Possess full range of body motion including handling and lifting items up to 50 pounds, manual and finger dexterity and eye hand coordination.
      • Manual dexterity to perform work on a computer.
      • Requires standing and walking for extended periods of time.
      • Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
      • Must be able to travel to various Cleveland Clinic locations.
      • The ability to travel overnight.
