      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage executive escalations and incident management by investigating and resolving customer concerns across various channels
      - Handle multiple cases simultaneously based on workload and priority
      - Engage with customers on public platforms regarding escalated concerns
      - Analyze situations to determine the best possible outcomes for amicable resolutions
      - Log and track issues in multiple systems for reporting and operational purposes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis, research, business writing, or consumer relations with customer escalation experience
      - Must have or obtain necessary licenses following training (training costs covered)
      - Strong analytical skills to simplify problems and deliver actionable insights
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
