      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with Hiring Managers to define strategic objectives and requirements for executive search assignments
      - Develop and execute comprehensive research strategies to identify key executives and potential candidates
      - Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to engage passive executive talent and conduct initial screening calls
      - Prepare and present comprehensive reports summarizing research findings and candidate pipelines for Hiring Managers
      - Maintain the integrity of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and track sourcing activity effectiveness

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience in executive search or recruitment, or an advanced degree with 8 years of experience
      - Proven mastery of advanced sourcing techniques and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS/CRM systems
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective engagement with senior executives
      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations
      - Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail in managing multiple searches

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree (e.g., MBA, Master's in HR)
      - Significant experience within a retained executive search firm or corporate executive recruiting function
