      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and execute a LinkedIn-first content strategy aligned with the CEO's personal brand and The Dreyer Sheet
      - Repurpose newsletter insights and content into high-performing posts across LinkedIn and other platforms
      - Attend CEO speaking engagements and capture real-time content for social media
      - Implement growth strategies to enhance follower and engagement rates across all channels
      - Monitor and report on KPIs to provide insights for content and channel optimization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5+ years of experience in LinkedIn strategy, executive ghostwriting, social media management, or personal branding
      - Proven track record of growing social media accounts, particularly LinkedIn, with metrics or examples
      - Exceptional short-form writing skills and ability to mimic an executive's voice
      - Strong understanding of LinkedIn's algorithm, analytics, and emerging features
      - Ability to extract content from long-form sources such as newsletters and video interviews

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in legal marketing, professional services, or B2B thought leadership
      - Bonus: Background in newsletter growth or editorial strategy
