- Wine spectator top wine restaurant in the US
- Opened just over a year ago
- Revenue is more than double expectations
- They are opening a 2nd event kitchen with chefs table
- Will be opening another similar concept in 2023
- Kitchen team of 20+
- Live music 4 days a week, very busy events schedule
- 110 seats inside and 130 outside
- Lots of weddings, conferences and live events
- Hydroponic farm grows 7 types of mushrooms, microgreens, bok choy, basil, red sorrel and more 365 days per year
- Lettuce, eggs and more from 4 local farms
- Seafood straight from fisherman
- Award wining wine cellar
- Creative chef who really understands how to build a farm to tale menu based on in season ingredients
- Knows how to pair wines and food for events
- Manage a growing kitchen that is just getting busier
