      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative support to the Executive Director, including report preparation and information compilation
      - Manage departmental policies, procedures, and maintain databases and tracking systems
      - Coordinate departmental meetings, seminars, conferences, and travel arrangements
      - Assist in maintaining departmental budgets and financial records
      - Edit and compose correspondence and take dictation as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school education with coursework in word processing, typing, shorthand, and grammar
      - 5 to 8 years of progressively responsible experience in a university setting
      - Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software
      - Strong skills in editing, composing correspondence, and taking dictation
      - Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business or a health-related field
      - Experience supporting executive management
      - Familiarity with healthcare, mental health, or public health settings
