- Lead an organization to upgrade an install base to a new SaaS based product
- New name market execution, establishing strategies to grow existing market share
- Build team structures and processes to delivery product effectively & support customers
- A culture builder and leader of people, inspiring & developing leaders
- Engage and collaborate with customers to further their success with Advanced
- Lead and grow an executive team to achieve business targets
- Achieve the net revenue and EBITA growth targets set by the company
- Lead monthly and quarterly briefings to Harris Executives regarding business plans and results
- Sales oriented and process minded thinker
- 10+ years' experience at a senior leadership level
- 5+ years working in the Utility industry
- Growth-mindset & capable of building meaningful relationships
- Excellent leadership & communication skills
- Experience managing a multi-functional group with a minimum of 75+ team members
- Experience managing an entire Profit and Lost statement with at least $15M in revenue
- Operational experience
- Preference given for Harris Utilities group experience
- Comfortable with 50-75% travel

As the Executive Vice President (EVP) of Advanced Utility Systems, you are the leader of a business unity with 100+ employees across sales, support, product development, and professional services. Customers & employees will entrust you to build the future of the brand & deliver the next generation of CIS Infinity – the company’s flagship Customer Information System product.
Reporting to a Harris Utilities Portfolio Leader, Advanced's EVP is responsible for achieving strategic and financial targets of the business.
This position will be remote or based out of the Advanced office in Markham, Ontario.
