What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and emails from new and existing guests
- Provide product knowledge and exceptional guest service, including assistance with voyage changes and payment needs
- Maintain and update customer records using Salesforce CRM tool
- Collaborate with teammates and internal partners to assist in converting bookings
- Navigate and de-escalate challenging scenarios effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a contact center or hospitality industry
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Basic knowledge of geography and competence with computer applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the travel industry or familiarity with expedition travel
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to succeed both independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
