- Contribute ideas to enhance the customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must live within 50 miles of the employer's New York City office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good computer skills and ability to multitask
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent years of related experience
- Hunger for continued learning and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Series 6 FINRA licensing preferred
- Experience in customer service or a related field
