      At Key Cars Auto Group, we understand that today's car buyer starts online-and that's where you come in. We're seeking a sharp, organized, and customer-focused Internet Manager to handle digital leads in-store and turn opportunities into showroom visits and sales.

      This is a full-time, on-site role working directly with Sales and F&I teams at one of our high-performing Hyundai, Genesis, or Chevrolet dealerships. You'll manage all inbound leads from our websites, third-party sources, and digital campaigns-owning the process from first contact to final appointment.

      What You'll Be Doing:
      • Handle all internet, phone, and text inquiries with speed and professionalism
      • Set, confirm, and coordinate in-store appointments with the sales team
      • Guide customers through trade valuations, credit applications, and online tools
      • Maintain detailed CRM notes and daily lead tracking
      • Collaborate with Sales Managers to maximize appointment show rates and closing ratios
      • Ensure a smooth digital-to-showroom handoff for every customer
      • Monitor lead source effectiveness and provide performance feedback
      What We're Looking For:
      • 3+ years of experience in automotive internet sales, digital lead handling, or BDC
      • Strong phone presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • Comfortable communicating via phone, text, email, and CRM platforms
      • Highly organized and detail-oriented with follow-up skills that drive results
      • Professional, motivated, and customer-first mindset
      • Experience working alongside a dealership sales team or floor managers preferred
