What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead cross-functional teams in planning and executing process improvement and transformative projects
- Develop and manage the overall implementation plan and roadmap aligned with strategic objectives
- Ensure transparency in progress and facilitate discussions on direction, issues, and risks
- Foster collaboration and drive action among team members and stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6 years of project, program, or initiative management experience
- Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and decision-making skills
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels without formal authority
- Results-oriented with the ability to manage ambiguous situations and expectations
- Understanding of information technology capabilities to identify process improvement opportunities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project Management Professional (PMP) designation
- Experience in the Financial Services or Retirement industry
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and change management concepts
