What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Campaign Team
- Build and edit emails in Marketo, coordinate campaign timelines in Asana, and support reporting as needed
- Create, schedule, and publish social media content across platforms while monitoring engagement
- Provide administrative support for content marketing and community initiatives, including managing content calendars
- Assist with logistics for major events such as National Sales Meetings and educator gatherings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Willingness to take risks and eagerness to learn
- Ability to concentrate in an open office work environment and occasionally travel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Google Suite, particularly in Docs, Sheets, and Slides
- Experience with Marketo and Salesforce
- Familiarity with generative AI tools for content creation
- Demonstrated ability to propose new content ideas across email and social channels
- Comfortable experimenting with unconventional campaign tactics
