What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make outbound calls to warm, pre-qualified prospects to secure appointments for the sales team
- Follow established scripts and processes to ensure effective appointment setting
- Accurately log every call and interaction in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Overcome objections and maintain a high conversion rate throughout calls
- Commit to a minimum of 35-40 hours of work each week
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of recent outbound phone-based appointment setting experience
- Proven confidence in handling objections and excellent communication skills
- Must reside and work in the United States
- Reliable home office setup with a strong internet connection
- Commitment to at least 35-40 hours of work per week
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in sales appointment-setting, specifically in estate and asset protection planning
- Familiarity with using customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills to manage calls and appointments efficiently
