What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Place outbound calls to warm, pre-qualified prospects—this is not cold calling
- Follow proven scripts and processes to secure appointments
- Log every call and interaction accurately in the employer's CRM
- Overcome objections and consistently maintain a high conversion rate
- Book appointments for licensed sales agents in estate and asset protection planning
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 2 years of recent outbound phone-based appointment-setting experience (field or virtual sales)
- Proven confidence handling objections; excellent communication skills
- Must reside and work in the United States (no international applicants)
- Reliable home office setup and strong internet connection
- Ability to commit to at least 35-40 hours minimum weekly
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in outbound appointment-setting within the financial services sector
- Track record of achieving high conversion rates
- Familiarity with CRM software and logging interactions
