What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Overcome objections and maintain a high conversion rate consistently
- Commit to at least 35 hours of work weekly
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years recent outbound phone-based appointment-setting experience
- Proven ability to handle objections with excellent communication skills
- Must reside and work in the United States; no international applicants
- Reliable home office setup and strong internet connection
- Commitment to steady weekly hours
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in estate and asset protection planning is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM systems for logging calls and interactions
- Strong motivation to achieve high performance and sales targets
- Previous roles in sales settings that demonstrate successful appointment-setting skills
