What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Follow proven scripts and processes to secure appointments effectively
- Log every call and interaction accurately in the company's CRM system
- Overcome objections and maintain a high conversion rate consistently
- Commit to at least 35-40 hours of work per week
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of recent outbound phone-based appointment-setting experience
- Proven confidence in handling objections and excellent communication skills
- Must reside and work in the United States
- Reliable home office setup and strong internet connection
- Ability to commit to steady weekly hours
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in estate and asset protection planning is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM systems and logging calls accurately
- Strong track record of high conversion rates in appointment setting
- Ability to quickly adapt to new scripts and processes
