What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide strategic, outbound, and proactive sales for a portfolio of 6 Extended Stay hotels while fostering a sales-focused culture with hotel staff
- Drive ROI for hotel partners and achieve revenue milestones on a shortened sales cycle of 6 months
- Activate new accounts and increase market share through strategic prospecting and bi-weekly sales strategy presentations
- Develop and nurture a sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM to manage accounts effectively
- Create remarkable client experiences and maintain high levels of client satisfaction by representing clients with professionalism
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3 or more consecutive years of hotel guestroom sales experience in business transient, crew, and government segments within extended stay hotels
- 2 years of experience in a Dual or Area hotel sales role is preferred
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of hotel systems, RFP process, and brand tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for correspondence, proposals, and reports
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong ability to use Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint) for managing reports and presentations
- Proven experience using a CRM system to manage sales pipelines and track progress
- General hotel operations knowledge
- Strong organization, time management, and adaptability skills
- Collaborative team player eager to contribute and learn from others
