Job Description

- Work closely with our Digital Product and Technology teams who work in an agile environment.
- As the F&B subject matter expert for our venue management system you will shape and support all new feature requests to drive optimisation and with a complete understanding of the venue management system how this impacts the guest journey whist ensuring efficiency and effective outputs for the operational department.
- Ensure the systems are utilised and optimised on an ongoing basis, ensuring a strategy is in place for new feature development and optimisation, and performance analysis are conducted, enabling us to drive operational efficiencies whilst improving guest experience and commercial return. This will include reviewing & making decisions regarding system configurations and ensuring ongoing BAU processes supported & improved.
- Experience of venue management/booking systems development and optimisation
- Be an effective communicator

The RoleThe P&O Cruises Venue Management and Product Development Manager will support the development of our F&B technology roadmap and optimisation, which includes our restaurant reservation system and restaurant virtual queue, which is booked via our guest booking application (MyHoliday) and pre cruise reservation system (My P&O Cruise).
Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities. This role is a CUK07 and is offered on a full time, permanent, with hybrid working in our Southampton office, a minimum of 3 days per week. Plus regular travel on board our ships will be required.
