      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver course content, learning activities, and student assessments using current course materials
      - Maintain an engaged classroom presence and provide timely responses to student inquiries
      - Perform additional duties such as coaching, tutoring, and overseeing student clinical/practicum experiences
      - Attend faculty meetings and university events as required
      - Maintain current knowledge of applicable university course updates and instructional standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Doctorate degree in Psychology or related area, or a Master's degree with 18 graduate semester credits in Psychology
      - Minimum of 3 years of applicable professional experience for those with a Doctorate, or 5 years for those with a Master's
      - Degrees must be from a regionally accredited institution
      - Experience in applying psychological principles or post-secondary teaching of comparable courses
      - Scholarship requirement: one record of scholarship within the last five years

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with adult education teaching and learning theory
      - High level of problem-solving and decision-making ability
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills
      - Technology proficiency, including Microsoft suite programs
      - Ability to convey a professional image and represent the university appropriately
