- Daily report management within HCHB to obtain upcoming face-to-face visits
- Manage Salesforce list that supports face-to-face scheduling
- Manage various communication channels for the team, including emails, phone, and Teams chats.
- Serve as a primary contact, advocate, and source of information for Hospice and Palliative field staff and Hospice operations.
- Assist in training new hires by developing training plans, materials, and schedules.
- Manage scheduling platforms, such as HCHB and Outlook.
- Collaborate with leadership to review current processes and assist in implementing process improvements.
- Understand and effectively communicate HIPAA compliance, corporate compliance, and client confidentiality.
- A minimum of 2 (two) years of experience in Palliative, Hospice, or Home Care preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a health-related field preferred
- Medical records experience preferred Job Description

- Proven data analysis skills with previous use of an electronic health record

Graham Healthcare Group is hiring a Face to Face Administrative Specialist II to join our dynamic team. The Face to Face Administrative Specialist II responsibilities include the day-to-day operations of Hospice's face-to-face needs. Support/assist Hospice and Palliative team members to ensure face-to-face visits are assigned appropriately and completed on time. Assist the Palliative Administrative team with Palliative needs if they arise. This position can be remote, depending on location.
