Work schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 :00 am to 5 :00 pm .

- Managing the relationship with our client, seeking our positioning as a trusted advisor.
- Ensure client satisfaction with delivery of Facility Management services and provide a lead role in monitoring and increasing customer satisfaction.
- Prepare the appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting for the client. Create recovery plans to ensure contract commitments.
- Ensure understanding of contract requirements across the organization.
- Achieve effective communication, on a timely and assertive manner.
- Creates and manages high performing teams which not only delivers operational excellence but keeps employees engaged and thriving.
- Create succession plan for a short and long term.
- Develop a Skill Matrix to contribute with the employee growth.
- Responsible for setting goals that align with organizational objectives. Must also develop and implement actionable strategies to help their team meet the targets.
- Incorporate ongoing training throughout the employee’s tenure with the company, always challenging and motivating employees to grow their skills.
- Assist in the development and implementation of the annual management plan; accomplish key performance indicators as identified by the Account Manager.
- Responsible for setting up the workspace and streamlining employee processes to promote greater efficiency.
- Responsible for monitoring compliance and ensuring that all services are handled accordingly, including, and not limited to Quality, Safety, and Financial Trends and Commitments.
- Achieve contractual requirements, KPI goals and account.
- Coordinate discussions with primary vendors or suppliers regarding goal setting, performance criteria, and performance review.
- Maximize utilization of suppliers, preferred vendors/contractors and the level of spending with Minority/Women owned Business Enterprises (M/WBE).
- Manage the maintenance of existing contracts.
- Source local services and goods needed to perform day to day operations through 3rd party suppliers. This includes writing contract, obtaining necessary vendor set up forms and reviewing certificate of insurance for compliance.
- Collaborate with account Sourcing team to define scope, coordinate supplier walk-through, and manage supplier performance at the site.
- Work with Sourcing to oversee the delivery of maintenance and repair services.
- Managing the account’s financial performance.
- Manages to account budget, proactively identifying and preventing exceeding the plan.
- Develop monthly/quarterly variance reporting on all operating budgets on a timely basis.
- Drive high quality results which exceed the client’s expectations.
- Engage leadership and experts in discussions to identify expansion opportunities.
- Ensure effective integration of Project Delivery Services and Facilities Management Operations to ensure seamless delivery to the client and drive a one-team mentality.
- Oversight the implementation of short and long-term projects for the client.
- meet the strategic goals for their division and teams by setting operational policies and budgets.
- Transfer a task of responsibilities to individuals you lead and directing them on the completion steps to reach project milestones and deadlines on-time.
- +5 years of experience in coordination of facility / Utility management tasks.
- Experience in managing suppliers and personnel.
- Technical knowledge.
- Budget / financial knowledge.
- Operational excellence & continuous improvement experience.
- Knowledge and experience in costumer experience.
- Advanced English level (written and oral).
