      Facility Manager Extraordinaire Wanted!

      Are you a nimble-minded administrator who thrives in dynamic environments? Ready to be the conductor of a symphony of facilities operations across 75 retail bank locations? We're looking for a strategic problem-solver to join our team as a Facility Manager.

      This remote position puts you at the helm of an expansive portfolio spanning Eastern Tennessee and all of Kentucky. As the single point of contact between our prestigious client and service providers, you'll orchestrate excellence across multiple locations while building and leading high-performing teams.

      Check out some of what you will do:

      • Collaborate with Senior Facilities Manager to develop and execute team vision, strategic direction, and safety procedures.
      • Oversee operational aspects of properties, conducting routine inspections and monitoring preventive maintenance programs to maintain high-quality standards.
      • Drive continuous improvement in site performance and transform operational practices using JLL tools, processes, and best practices.
      • Manage third-party contractors/vendors and work with the Sourcing Manager to bid and contract for maintenance and project services.
      • Maintain sites using Service Level Agreements and key performance indicators, assisting in incident investigations and root cause analysis.
      • Develop and maintain positive relationships with Client Managers and Operations teams, serving as the primary interface for service delivery and client satisfaction.
      • Identify and execute opportunities to improve quality, customer service, and cost performance while maintaining good relationships with landlords, tenants, and subtenants.
      • Act as a JLL ambassador, promoting core values of Teamwork, Ethics, and Excellence, and creating reports for senior management.
      • Establish a safety-first culture and foster a collaborative, diverse, and inclusive team environment, promoting energy and productivity.
      • Ensure optimal implementation and training of CMMS tools, processes, and systems across facilities.
      • Develop and maintain operating budgets, meet cost savings targets, and manage work to align with budgets, supporting facilities-related cost-saving measures.
      • Collaborate on multi-year capital improvement project plans, ensure compliance with JLL audit standards, and work with finance professionals to produce accurate and timely reports.

      Monday-Friday day shift, with on-call 24/7 for emergency response

      Pay $85,000-105,000 with a 10% targeted bonus of the annual salary

      Estimated total compensation for this position:

      85,000.00 – 105,000.00 USD per year

      The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
