      Are you a forward-thinking facilities professional ready to lead operations across multiple properties? We're seeking a dynamic Facilities Manager to join our team and make an immediate impact on our client's real estate portfolio.

      What You'll Do

      As our Facilities Manager, you'll partner with senior leadership to orchestrate seamless facility operations while delivering exceptional client experiences. You'll lead service delivery teams, drive operational excellence, and implement innovative solutions that optimize facility performance.

      Your days will be filled with meaningful work, including:

      • Leading and developing high-performing service delivery teams
      • Creating and executing strategic management plans that exceed client expectations
      • Managing multimillion-dollar capital and operating budgets with precision
      • Implementing cost-saving initiatives while maintaining exceptional service quality
      • Building strong relationships with clients through regular engagement and responsive communication
      • Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
      • Overseeing critical equipment maintenance programs and lifecycle asset management
      • Collaborating with vendors and suppliers to maximize value and performance

      Who We're Looking For

      The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical expertise, leadership capability, and business acumen. You should possess:

      • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or related field (MBA a plus)
      • 5+ years of facilities management experience in corporate environments or third-party service providers
      • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a solutions-oriented mindset
      • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
      • Financial acumen with experience managing complex budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities
      • Analytical thinking with proficiency in Excel and data interpretation
      • Strong vendor management and negotiation capabilities
      • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
      • Dedication to safety, compliance, and operational excellence
