- Req#: REQ439853
- Ensure timely completion of incident reports as required, and rectification of any items raised in the reports.
- Timely and appropriate escalation of WHS&E incidents.
- Work collaboratively with the Management Team, consultants, contractors, and tenants to ensure annual targets for each property are agreed and met.
- In partnership with the Portfolio Operations Manager, actively manage capital expenditure budget to ensure approved works are carried out in a timely manner
- Deliver the contract tender process within your client and JLL guidelines and expectations.
- Ensure contractors are continually assessed to deliver best value to the client
- Opportunity to develop working under a Senior Operations Manager
- A team player;
- A keen eye for detail
- Excellent time management skills;
- Sound technical aptitude (Qualifications highly regarded)
- Good written and oral communication skills;
- Computer literacy and IT knowledge to an intermediate level.
- Highly organised with an ability to prioritise workload
- Experience in work order and finance support desired but not essential
- A minimum of 1 year experience on a commercial asset
- Customer service / tenant focused approach to align with our client's priorities

What this opportunity involves:
The Facilities Manager will enhance the value of the asset by organising, coordinating, and assisting with the day-to-day operational management of the building and facility's operational matters.
You will ensure the proper and efficient operation of all physical aspects, creating and sustaining a safe and productive environment for occupants and visitors to the site, working on a core asset based in North Ryde and supporting a 2nd asset in the CBD.
