      The Facilities Manager will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal operating results. The successful candidate will oversee the company's facility operations, manage staff, manage office moves and manage janitorial duties, all while remaining in compliance with local, state and federal regulations.

      Principal Accountabilities:

      • Coordinate facility system repairs and monitor system performance of various Stratacache property in and around the Dayton, Ohio area.
      • Negotiate maintenance contracts, quotes and work order with various vendors for facility improvements and repairs.
      • Manage a team of technicians.
      • Execute equipment audits and recordkeeping policies
      • Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols
      • Other duties as assigned.

      Qualifications


      • High School Diploma or equivalent required
      • Minimum of 4 years' experience in facilities management required
      • HVAC certification a plus
      • Licensed electrician a plus
      • Strong understanding of facility control systems
      • Able to read and understand complex electrical, mechanical and automation systems
      • Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems
      • Demonstrated leadership skills
      • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
      • Excellent project management skills
