What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the Facilities Manager in supervising facility operations at the market level
- Perform facility maintenance and repairs through regular site visits and assessments
- Develop preventative maintenance schedules for cooking equipment, HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical circuits
- Train restaurant staff on maintenance practices and troubleshoot facility issues as needed
- Communicate facility maintenance needs and issues to the Operations Team and Regional Facility Manager
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong trade knowledge in carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, commercial cooking equipment, and basic HVAC/refrigeration
- Knowledge of safety regulations governing facility maintenance
- Ability to manage multiple schedules and plan work effectively
- Clean Motor Vehicle Report and adherence to safe driving requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience, with at least two years of training in facility maintenance
