What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the Facilities Manager in supervising facility aspects of restaurant management at the market level
- Perform facility maintenance and repair through regular site visits and analysis of restaurants
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for efficient restaurant operations
- Train restaurant staff on facility maintenance and repair procedures
- Provide detailed maintenance visit recaps to the Operations Team and Regional Facility Manager
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong trade knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, commercial cooking equipment, appliance repair, and basic HVAC/refrigeration
- Knowledge of rules and regulations governing facilities safety requirements
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple schedules effectively
- Clean Motor Vehicle Report to travel between restaurants
- B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent experience with two (2) years of formal or informal training on facility maintenance
